C and often ,inland at our track maintainance camps temps of over 55 deg c . This made all railway track work to be done at night naturally this was in summer (about 9months of the year ) And I also saw temps of 5 deg,C On one memorable winters morning ,. So all this bullshit about "global warming ,and climate change falls on deaf ears to me . I wish some of these "eminent climate scientists would get off their shiny arses and go to these places to see for themselves that what they are spouting to the Australian people is lies and total bullshit.
