Brilliantly expressed, as always, James.

This is genius level!:

But it was politically inconvenient to talk about an Islamist carving up gays with a kitchen knife. So instead they enthused about the rights of men to go under the knife to become women.

I love the lion park in Reading. Such a nice place to walk with a ruined castle nearby and the kennel and Avon canal nearby.

I remember that incident .

It just proved the thesis that outrage against violence depends on the perpetrators. If it had have been a white person- the outrage would have gone on and on- with homophobic, far right and Nazi thrown around with gay abandon!

If only the media would publish the charter/beliefs of Islam at the head of every Muslim associated story they published! Repetition might get thru some :(

I wonder what Winston Churchill would make of it! Maybe the Moslems who attack homosexuals is the last bastion to fall. Then the whole world will embrace this alphabet agenda, only they will have to write it in Arabic. England is so far gone, old Winnie wouldn't recognise his beloved country any more. Just as well he lived in the time he did!

I wouldnt write the Brits off just yet, I have a feeling that a groundswell of opposition to this crap is slowly building (witness the 100000 plus marchers a fortnight ago Against hamas ) I saw only one film clip and then gone.Give them time --old Enoch Powell was right after all and a lot of Brits are saying it..

Oh yes James...that word "BUT"........

Jews murdered, raped, dismembered slowly, baked in ovens...BUT...."the Israelis are just as guilty of war crimes"??????

Those young men slaughtered in a park....BUT...."we must remember Islamaphobia ia far worse"??...

What!!!!!

There is no BUT...there is NO excuse for such atrocities and man's inhumanity to man.

The idiocy of these people leaves me speechless .. almost. I note that many Arab commentators in the Middle East have warned the West about the extremists. They don't tolerate them there and nor should the West.

This fear of radicals is one of the reasons the Egyptian govt will not accept Palestinians into their country as refugees .

Palestinian refugees who flooded into Jordan after the 1967 six-day war tried to take that country over. Jordan had to fight a war against them and eventually drove them out.

I read a book many years ago, like in the 70's, called The Dagger of Islam. In it the author told how women are circumcised and also made to wear chastity belts if the husband is away and that women are for breeding, men or boys are for pleasure, so they definitely indulge in homosexuality, they just don't admit it

The dancing boys of Afghanistan are famous as prostitutes. The Mullahs of Bangladesh are famous for their use of women prostitutes in a country with vast corruption, many desperately poor women and often the only men with plenty of money seem to be those who control the mosques.

The princes of Saudi Arabia are well known for taking their sons for holidays to the brothels in Thailand .

Wow!!! The only reason I haven't given away all my books (that take up waaaaay to much space in my house) is they will one day be the only source of reliable history - that is if they don't start burning books again!

There would be no need to burn them Bella ,as there is a generation ,no generations emerging that wont know how to read them anyway. It is a shame ,but I developed a love of books from before I was taught to read and have felt pity for people of my own age (then and now )that have nt been able to lose themselves in a good book.
