It depends on what a woman is.

If we are talking real women with XX sex chromosomes then 0%.

If we are talking about people that call themselves women then the number with penises is growing all the time.

Women do not have a penis but Rishi Sunak is most definitely a drop kick & punt.

What a debacle the west is …remember when people would worry about being attacked by foreign radical extremists whose beliefs wouldn’t be acceptable in a civilised society, well they are now looking at the west and thinking no need to invade they are destroying themselves.

Thanks, James. So when people call me a prick or a dick, they are just kind people and gender affirming🤪😁

There are intersex people- a small number that Douglas Murrray asserts in his book should be considered and acknowledged. But generally the absurdist claim that 99% of women have no penis should be laughed out of court. I would have expected a more robust assertion from Rishi Sunak- considering g his religious background and level of education.

No normal sensible intelligent person takes this seriously James and as 99% of women will attest, if wanting to be a woman meant they had to have their period this transgender debate would not be happening.

Go Rishi WOW great intellectual riveting bold stuff my goodness how genius do you have to be to be a Prime Minister? I’m so glad he got the penis question right I wonder how he would go with defining a woman. The Primes are really solving the hard ones...like world poverty. The dictionary is getting a work out these days all these definition changes to make the suicidal marginalised transgender crowd feel so more inclusive...they are in dire straits these days so much transphobia we need to deform and mutilate perfectly normal children to cope with it all. If they have their way men will not have penises anymore just gender affirming care!

This whole agenda is pathetic! How did we get here? God made male and female for the purpose of recreating after their own kind. If leaders are not able to speak truth on this subject how can they be believed on any other (of course, they can't)? What a crazy, sick, sin filled world we are currently living in!

In practising womens' health as a rural GP, which includes involvement with hundreds of pregnancy deliveries, I have never seen anyone calling themselves a woman who doesn't have the genital anatomy expected in a woman. I acknowledge that chromosomal differences that result in so called intersex are problematic. However, my thinking is that most women with the usual female external physical characteristics accept that they are women. I further suspect that it is the small percentage of women with these characteristics who simply don't want to be perceived as women (for whatever reason) that are making all the noise. There is a difference between what a person is born with compared what a person wants to be. We have lost sight of that, amongst all the noise.
