CNN is chicken feed compared to the Al Jazeera - Doha, Qatar - broadcast. I watch that 1/2 hour programme some mornings. Intelligence-insulting anti-Israel propaganda and grand-distortion of facts! I can't understand why that station hasn't been taken off Australia's TV media like the Russians' 'Vremia' propaganda trumpet on SBS.

funny story, I was nearly on Farmer Wants a Wife last season...... I've never actually watched the show, but was intrigued when I got the call, too much drama for my liking!

I just watched BBC question time and the poor treatment that Melanie Phillips revived as she defended Israel and tried to introduce truth into the discussion. The media is in dire need of reform. That dreadful woman who runs the Antique Roadshow was making a real hash of chairing the show. As for American MSM Putin said that it was all controlled everywhere by the U S and he is correct.

I sincerely hope you are correct. I do agree that millions of us have tuned out. However, obtaining accurate news has to be a deliberate choice. I suspect that involves only a relative minority. The rest float, this way and that, upon a sea of blissful ignorance. It is incumbent upon those of us that care to draw forth a sufficient enough storm upon the waters so as to disturb their tranquillity.
Mainstream media do get it wrong - cut and paste according to their own agendas.
