The nsw Rural fire service is sacking volunteer fire fighters from deputy captain and captain positions in local brigades. At our local brigade meeting on 5/9/22 the election by brigade members of 2 deputy captains was overturned and ruled invalid as both had not been vaccinated. 1 is a past captain and the most trained and experienced person in the brigade.
This brigade has only a limited number of farmer members to cover one of the biggest brigade areas in the south of the state centred around Albury.
