Have we been so dumbed down we can’t tell the difference between good and evil!!

It is hard to bear. The journalistic class just cover themselves with so much calumny when they follow their agenda not the truth. Not only are there more old people down in the tunnels but there are children. I just keep praying for them all to be brought home. So much evil in the world.

Insanity is the new normal! I can’t begin to imagine the trauma these hostages have suffered The BBC and every other moronic news network will, one day, be ashamed of their behaviour. I pray that this moment comes sooner than later.

Thanks James!

Maybe she was gently beaten with bits of cotton wool. The poor lady was probably made to shake hands with that terrorist to give a good photo for all the world to see they aren't that bad. After all, these terrorists are playing the "poor bugger me" game at the moment. Seems, like all bullies, they can give it, but can't take it

That kind of HAMAS propaganda will be eagerly lapped up by the BBC and the ABC.

My mental list of professions which have dubious truth and trust levels include, but are not limited to, politicians; real estate agents; solicitors; and used car sales people, but of late journalists seem to be winning top spot more than any other.

The left, as we see with the BBC are not imbued with journalistic integrity,or checking facts from different sources. They go with the narrative that best fits their ideology, regardless of the true facts.

'beaten, but otherwise treated humanely'... the cognitive dissonance and intellectual dishonesty to write a line like that is truly next level.

Somewhat like compassionate concussion... or a well-meaning pistol whipping... these folks are floating free from objective standards of decency, adrift in a sea of moral equivocation.

I go for latter !

Many people don’t care. It sometimes come from being and wanting to be distant from a situation which they can’t associate with and it’s irrelevant to them ( Middle East situation is very far from what they can relate to) , and also many people aren’t into politics and want to be away from it. And some people can’t understand the whole situation , because there are lots of debates and arguments on media for and against either countries.

Also not many people focus on body and verbal language , visuals, symbols, tones etc used by media to manipulate people’s emotions and decisions :) eg BBC article on here

But ... then.... there are many people like us happy to pay for a coffee a fortnight to stay well informed ... :)
