I went to London in 2016 for my daughter’s wedding and the air was fresh and crisp, not even a hint of pollution!!!

They want you to walk like slaves and take away your ability to drive any car.

That is OK if you are young and fit, but if you have health problems and need to get to hospital regularly then you either need your car or an ambulance every time. It also stops workers getting to job sites and friends visiting the sick and infirmed.

Thanks again, James for pointing out the hypocritical, ludicrous plans the elite have for us. The push for green vehicles is not really green at all as we all know. To meet emissions with some vehicles they have been using stop start methods in traffic which means that you go through starter motors very often and also start stop battery to run it is approx $700. The cost of these components alone and mining refining and other costs is significant. The only one that seems to be profiting out of solar and Ev cars is China. Now we have idiots that want to tax us for using fossil fuels when everything in the world runs on fossil fuel all transport etc. Apparently, to get a similar performance to diesel from electric trucks requires something like 36 tons of batteries to pull a road train plus need to have reliable battery swap outs so you can keep driving. At promises to be interesting halfway across the Nullarbor day and night with thousands of trucks. How will they get the power to power the batteries that are swapped? More solar power and wind turbines no doubt. More mining and refining of components for EVs and yet where is all this waste going to end up?

You are absolutely correct Greg

In the UK you don't have to pay registration and insurance if your car is over 30 years old, so lot of poor people keep their old cars to save money. If they can't afford this then how will they pay the $30 a day to drive?

The road blocks were destroyed by the locals and a recent election showed what they think of Kahn, but he is ignoring the people and working for the WEF.

I think the locals, who can't afford to live already, will just destroy the CCTVs at every street corner so they won't know who has been driving on the streets. When they don't like something they just destroy it. Even the deadly 5G street lighting that tracks and kills people on command has been cut down with angle grinders. People might think I'm crazy, so here is what I said they would do only a day later.

If we don't stop them like that then we will be doomed to live in a jail like environment.

My advice to Londoners-get a horse. If it’s good enough for their royal highnesses, it’s good enough for the commoner. Nice to see how they lead by example, but, and here’s the rider (pun intended),employers have to provide “end of trip facilities “ as the are required to do by statute for cyclists (aka showers). So, stables and horse feed at every place of employment and turn over all park lands and commons to horse grazing facilities. Only one question, do horses fart?

Expand full comment

And mightily so. I was a witness once.

Horses leave messages on the streets that match what is coming out or Khan's mouth.

There is a reason they no longer use them in cities.

Then what about those who still own a mini moke? Harness a team of huskies and mush to and from their job in the city. And what about roller skates? Or walking stilts to get there and back in a hurry? There must be many ways to avoid that $30 tax.

I remember the ad for the Moke when it was released - "Moking is a wealth hazard" Clever car, clever ad. Really was a stripped down mini minor.

Maybe all the car clubs everywhere could line up just outside the magic line and see how well it works while they rev their engines?

And call on Demis Roussos to ask his friend the wind to blow on all the idiots making these decisions.

Might be some more stats to add to the one.

I am glad they aren't living in 18th century London where filth and smog from industry was killing people. Where there were open sewers and plagues. Can you imagine if London were still like that? That Indian mayor is another puppet on a string being pulled by the WEF

It could be said that it the fault of a sleepy , lazy community closing our eyes to the beaurocratic villainy governing us and letting things happen.

It's the sad truth isn't it, so many are just unwilling to pay attention, or be brave enough to take a side, they would rather please themselves in their fantasy and false sense of happiness and ignorance than participate in reality

So it's no surprise that he needs the "round-the-clock protection" and the 5 liter armoured Range Rover provided by his Metropolitan Police Force to keep him safe from the disgruntled citizens of London.

Bingo! if the politicians started treating people like human beings and not their servants or slaves then they probably wouldn't need so much protection - imagine how much that could save!

1 possible death in 20 years from 60,000, 000 people is a good reason to introduce another tax to control people.

Expand full comment

and the likelihood of that 1 even being due to car emissions is miniscule, it's more likely they were the victim of asbestosis or a miner exposed to silica dust, or imagine this - cos the govt like us living in filthy slum like homes owned by the rich in mansions while we struggle to pay increasing rents - the likely cause of death may have been mould poisoning from living in a mould infested house, so many possibilities, none of them car emissions - unless the person sucked on the end of a car exhaust.

People sucking on the end of a car exhaust is, I'm told, exceedingly rare. Just for clarification.

I am waiting for the revolt from the punters in London when they are told by the tradies that they cannot come and fix their leaky pipes or build their houses or do their renovations or deliver their food or come and clean their houses or fix electric faults or install the heat pumps after they haven’t been able to remove or fix their boilers and any number of service calls Londoners need every day. That will be something to see. The tradies will either do that or just add another £100 to their call out fee.

Expand full comment

but "the powers that be" have a plan for that called "15 minute cities" I imagine the plan includes having trades people (or more likely robots) to cover these needs

Expand full comment

You make the mistake of assuming there is a plan or foresight. Tradies are already complaining in and around London. Chaos will ensue as the plans for ULEZ, 15 minute cities, the requirement for replacing gas boilers with heat pumps in old houses and apartments blocks collide. Bit like the situation in Australia as the greenies, aboriginals and farmers fight back against the race to renewable energy.

This quote from Lord Acton from 1887, comes to mind.

‘Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.’

Authoritarian elites living as they please, wielding control an enormous power over the rest.

The belief in the dignity, equality and respect for all people has no bearing on the godless.

While quoting from the greats, Churchill predicted it:"The whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age, made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science."

Sounds like just one more brain fart to be added to the growing list by hypocritical so called leaders around the world.

People will take just so much crap before they rebel.

Do brain farts produce methane? Just wondering.

No they produce much worse then a little methane.

They definitely stink 😉

maybe they should start taxing their brain farts for all the emissions they are putting into the environment from their nonsense ;)

I believe the rebellion has already started in the form of push back on the unnecessary hyberbole dished out daily by these cretins who are merely anxious to subjugate the world's population into a submission that will eventually reduce said population. Take heart from one particular election on 14th October-the worm will turn.
