There are rules on field they are required to play the game by and even off field there are certain standards to live by and if they don’t live up to that standard it can bring their sport into disrepute and could ultimately affect their income. That point seems to be lost on them.
Yes, it is ridiculous to allow sports men and women who decry and criticize and drag Aussie society down to stand up and claim to stand up for us AND receive huge payments from our support.

When I noticed that some of the sports people were not singing the anthem I thought it was because they didn't know it.
