News of a fatal accident involving everyone’s favourite electric car that smashed into a tree with no one at the wheel raises the question: Why do these swanky EVs have a ‘full self-driving’ feature if they don’t fully drive themselves?
It honestly makes my head hurt.....farcical but frightening at the same time. Who would have believed that Australia, this beautiful country, could end up with the "idiots in charge of the asylum".
I'm absolutely gobsmacked that these people actually get a voice.....I think the general population are just waiting for the wave to pass, but unfortunately, it's stopped midstream!!
One would have to assume that the criminals pushing this insanity rarely travel on the roads or have a device where their chauffeurs can press a button the makes the on coming autonomous self driving car swerve away from their vehicle if thing is on a collision course with there car.
Special luxury tax exemption and then no FBT so you can pay off your EV with pre-tax earnings whilst driving your self driving EV with hands on the wheel!

I still drive a manual so, I guess you know what I think about a computer telling me when to turn or controlling my steering wheel.
