Sane People Ignore International Pronoun Day
Take My Exclusive Test Right Here, to See If You Are Sane
I used to think International Pronoun Day was weird. Then I thought it was funny. Now I think it’s pernicious.
The day is coming up next month, as it does in Australia every year, so that enlightened LGBTQ+ activists can instruct the rest of us in approved speech.
According to the high priests of Woke, the alleged pronouns in the picture above are “just a short list of some pronouns people may use”.
Right. (Said as I am backing away slowly)
And then the gender botherers tell us …
“You will never know someone’s pronouns, until you ask.”
Wait. What?
Really?
Let’s give this a go, shall we?
See if you can guess this person’s pronouns …
Did you guess she/her?
What gave it away? Was it the breasts?
Was it the feminine facial features? The long hear? The slender arms? The lipstick? The hands?
It was likely a combination of all of those things, right?
Okay. Sure. It was the breasts.
My point is, it didn’t take you even a millisecond to know you were looking at a woman because she is clearly female, and you could tell by her features.
Let’s try another one …
Did you guess Dey/Dem? Of course you didn't. Because you’re not a moron.
You looked at the picture and knew instantly it was a man whose pronouns are he/him.
Because we’re having so much fun and because you’re doing SO well at this, let’s do one more to see how sane you really are.
Ready?
This is going to be a tough one, but I believe in you.
Here goes …
The long hair and makeup whisper “she/her”.
But the facial hair, not to mention the chest hair scream “he/him”.
Of course, it’s a “he/him”. A he/him who makes normal people go ha/ha.
But remember, you must not believe your gut instinct, your lying eyes, or your common sense because “you will never know someone’s pronouns, until you ask.”
So if you see these guys down the street, remember to show how polite you are by not assuming their pronouns.
“Er, hi.
“I’m needing directions and was wondering if … I’m sooooo sorry. How rude of me. My name is James and my pronouns are he/him.
“You must be … Fink? Well Fink, I’d be really interested to know your pronouns?”
Remember, you never know someone’s pronouns until you ask!
Just like you never know what it’s like to be punched in the face with knuckle dusters until you ask a member of the Finks Motorcycle Club for their pronouns.
Modern narcissism - which is best demonstrated by this generation’s insistence that if you don’t use their preferred pronouns you are akin to a war criminal - is being encouraged by well meaning idiots who put pronouns in their social media bios, or in their email signatures, to be “inclusive”.
You’re not being inclusive, Or kind. Or respectful. And you’re certainly not being a good Christian.
You are aiding and abetting mental illness.
If a person’s identity is dependent upon my speech, that’s a BIG clue that just maybe their identity is an illusion.
Or to put it another way, if who you are depends upon me using prescribed language (Don’t this generation claim that if you fail to use their preferred pronouns you are literally erasing them?) you may not be who you think yourself to be!
But there’s another dimension to this pronoun idiocy particularly troubling.
If you permit a certain group to redefine what it means to be polite, you are permitting that group to wield enormous power over society.
The LGBTQ+ lobby use International Pronoun Day to lecture us on manners. It’s polite to use people’s preferred pronouns, they tell us. And if you don’t use people’s preferred pronouns, you are a terrible person.
You don’t want to be thought a terrible person, do you?
Of course not. No-one wants to be impolite. I certainly don’t want to be thought rude, or mean or nasty. Heck, I’ll call you Cleopatra if it makes you happy.
What I cannot do, however, is call a man a woman. I can’t do it. Not because i’m impolite, but because it’s simply not true.
That’s unkind, say the pronoun police.
Imagine what your employer might do if he found out how unkind you were? I don’t think he’d like having an unkind person on his payroll. Do you?
This is compelled speech using manipulation, threats and intimidation.
Worse than the LGBTQ+ bullies are their so-called allies. An LGBTQ+ ally is basically a workplace dobber who reports conversations or who trawls through your social media looking for thought crimes and then outs you as a ‘not very nice person’ to be cast out of polite society.
And so good people go along with an insane idea for fear of being thought rude if they don’t.
In this way, lies become imbedded in the culture because good people learn the price of speaking the truth is too great.
The idea that “you will never know someone’s pronouns until you ask” is a lie.
Just like the idea that Xe/Xem or Dey/Dem or Fae/Faer are anything other than linguistic bollocks is a lie.
International Pronouns Day is not kind, or inclusive, or instructive. It’s insanity trading in emotional manipulation.
Decent people should have nothing to do with it.
Nailed it.
"You’re not being inclusive, Or kind. Or respectful. And you’re certainly not being a good Christian.
You are aiding and abetting mental illness."
Why do the LGBTQI+ insist on hammering the rest of us with their issues? They can be whomever they want to be, even if that person isn’t comfortable in their birth-gender body. I don’t care, truly. Just don’t lecture or bully me into turning my back on scientifically proven biological facts & stay away from my kids & grandkids!!
