Ridicule is the Best Response to the Left's Latest Blasphemy
The art world unveils an effeminate Jesus and a trans Mary. Yawn!
It would have been edgy and subversive if he’d done it to Muhammad.
But, of course, Harald Gloockler is neither edgy nor subversive. And he’s certainly not stunning. Or brave.
No. The German ‘artist’ is just anti-Christian, which makes him such a bore since anti-Christian is sooooo overdone these days.
Yawn.
The freakish looking Gloockler unveiled his vandalism, er, ‘version’ of Michelangelo’s famous 15th Century marble sculpture Pieta at the weekend.
Pieta depicts the moment Jesus, taken down from the cross, is given to his mother Mary.
In Gloockler’s version, Jesus has a tattoo and - wait for it - Mary is transgendered.
Well, of course! Who isn’t trans these days?
The left don’t know how to create beauty. Like their father, all they can do is pervert, and destroy.
Their entire reason for being is to destroy the the beauty of Western civilisation and to replace it with horror and abominations
I’m beyond being upset at the likes of Gloockler. Besides, he probably gets off on the anger.
Rather than rage in fury, I have trouble not wetting my pants with laughter at Gloockler and his kind.
Isn’t it hilariously pathetic that Western ‘artists’ only deface Christian iconography.
It’s the safest version of “Look mum! See how edgy I am!” you can possibly imagine.
When can we see his painting “Muhammad In A Dress”? (Asking for a friend)
Gloockler’s depiction of Jesus and Mary is about as edgy as a sponge.
‘I'm going to do something sacrilegious against Christianity’ is probably the most basic, banal and ubiquitous art school idea in history.
Wait until Gloockler finds out that Roman graffiti artists were depicting Jesus as a donkey in the first century.
Roman graffiti artist circa 200AD: “Let’s do Jesus as a donkey”
Harald Gloockler circa 2023: “I know, let’s do Mary as a dude!”
Roman graffiti artist circa 200AD: “In 2000 years that’s what you’ve come up with? Loser!” (Insert slow hand clap here)
2000 years ago Gloocker’s work would have been shocking. Today it’s ‘meh’.
I have to confess, I did laugh at the massive non-reaction to Gloocker’s big reveal.
Watch the reaction to the piece’s unveiling in the video below. It’s hilarious. Even the 'artist' is unsure of what to do.
“Woohoo” he says, as nobody applauds. Or even protests.
You can almost hear him thinking to himself (to steal a phrase from Gladiator): “Are you not offended? Not even a little?”
It’s as if zi/zer suddenly realised, but too late, that his outfit was not the only thing that should not have been made public.
Michelangelo Buonarroti's Pietà 2.0 was supposed to shock the normals, but it didn't.
The unveiling was met with very low energy from those in attendance who immediately recognised the work as just another yawner from another no-talent hack.
As an aside, why do all these people literally look like people from The Capital in the Hunger Games? They do know they're the bad guys, right?
You’re right James it’s “yawn” ...not even all the way to the Bank.
Everyone is bored with the kids playing dress ups to get attention. Does he think he’s Lisa Minnelli🤔🤣
"I’m beyond being upset at the likes of Gloockler. Besides, he probably gets off on the anger."
Well, there is one thing you can be sure of - he certainly won't be getting off on the anger of God on Judgement Day, that's for sure! Rather, it is God who laughs at him!
"But the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming." Psalms 37:13
