Who is giving birth to these babies? If they are transgender men, then they have somehow got pregnant then somehow given birth and now somehow want to breast or chest feed said baby. Filling a mans body with very large doses of female hormones ( much higher levels than a normal woman) means the child will drink very large doses of these same hormones.This must affect the childs physical and emotional health for life, in the same way a baby breast feeding from a drug addict or alcoholic mother is damaged by the drug or alcohol.
