Firstly, I am surprised that Queensland's judiciary actually had the gumption and courage to make this ruling. Secondly, it is in my view, the correct ruling. Thirdly, the flow on debate should be extremely interesting.

Absolutely. I know several nurses who lost their jobs. Let the lawsuits begin! Let the jailing begin!

The Queensland Supreme Court ruling should be a warning to all our governments against any future draconian abuses of Australia's citizenry. The enforced Covid 19 vaccinations illustrated the dictatorial character of our supposed democratic system. But there are other illegal imposition going on right now. Here is just one: the facial recognition data banks by every police force in Australia. That is lawful only in respect to persons charged with a crime and convicted. Facial recognition for policing purposes extends even to citizens who have never been charged/convicted. It's a state crime committed with impunity!

can't believe the law is actually getting something right, hoping it is the beginning of the return of what is right in society

Yes, for the judiciary to actually get something right is most unusual in today's society.

And some people were rewarded with what they did to people- Our old chief medical officer,

Janette Young was given the plumb job of Governor of Queensland - no accountability.

That particular specimen proved herself to be a complete fool. Her appointment was a travesty or process.

Oh yes, Aunty Jeanette. And don’t forget Sluggo in Danistan, the odious Norman (always wrong) Swan, the obnoxious Health Hazzard in NSW. The list goes on and on and on.

So is the QLD Govt going to give jobs back to those who lost them? Or repay the disciplinary fines they took from staff incomes?

Starting with Morrison, Hunt, Kelly, Murphy, Halton and the state premiers and CHO’s. All should be in jail.

I lost my job because I declined being an unwilling participant in a medical trial. I look forward to NSW following the Queensland Supreme Court’s ruling.

Sorry everybody, should be scamdemic and not scampering.

I hold predictive text in the same degree of contempt as those responsible for the disaster the jab, the lock downs and the job loss, as well as the education failures it delivered on our children and grandchildren.

You bet I'm mad.

Hallelujah! It is so needed and I hope the people who lost their jobs get a huge compensation payout, if it doesn't bankrupt the country and if they are still alive! I did nnot take it nor did I wear a mask at any time but I copped a lot from people who accused me of makling them sick if I went near them! Great grandchildren jabbed to keep old people safe, what a disgusting thing to do to them. I would think no old person would ask their grandchildren to be jabbed for their sake!~ I hope the whole thing is exposed for what it was. A terrible experiment to test guinea pigs.

Another step in the right direction. Premiers, Chief Health Officers, Employers and sundry others must be made to answer for this. It’s getting harder for the PM to refuse a Royal Commission and rightly so.
