This is a terrific post, James! Absolutely spot on! This woman has no moral right to say she represents all Australians. Her behaviour is despicable but then it always has been. Nothing new there. She will reap what she sows.

What a terrible time for Israel! Abandoned by the gutless anti Jew world - not anti semitic but a genetic unreasonable hatred of only the Jews NOT the Arabs. It’s like it just needed this conflict to unleash this murderous hatred that seems to be inherent in far too many people. It’s demonic. The same offensive arrogant fervour of these pathetic creatures we first saw road tested during the pathetic pandemic response. Despite evidence many still hold their offensive views.

I so hope Israel realises that Wong does NOT represent godly compassionate Australians.

Penny Wong's present trip to Israel, and other Arab regions, leaves one with a deep sense of anger and sadness in the way that she represents Australia in the situation.

Some weeks ago I wrote to Anthony Albanese and Penny Wong and shared what God's word says about Israel and the Jewish people. I quoted Psalm 105 verses 8 to 11, Joel 3 verse 2, and Genesis 12 verse 3.

Psalm 105 points to the fact that God has given the land of Israel to the Jewish people as an everlasting covenant. Joel 3 verse 2 states that God will judge those nations that partition or divide His land, and in Genesis 12 verse 3 He says of the Jewish people, " I will bless those who bless you, and he that lightly esteems you, I will bitterly curse."

Whether Anthony Albanese and Penny Wong read my letter or not, it is clear that God's word means little or nothing to either of them and how depressing it is when such people hold positions of leadership in any country, and make decisions out of their own flawed understanding.

Penny Wong is again pushing for a two state solution in Israel which is totally impractical, and ludicrous, when one considers that Hamas and the majority of the people in Gaza want to wipe Israel off the map.

May we who are followers of Jesus "stand in the gap," and ask God's forgiveness for the many unwise decisions made by some people in Government in Australia. May we also ask God's forgiveness for the many laws which have been passed which are in total opposition to His word, and may we also pray that many more people in Government will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, so they not only get saved, and inherit eternal life, but lead this country with honesty, righteousness and integrity, and in a manner which is pleasing to Almighty God, our creator.

Great piece. Such good questions. It would be great if there were some courageous journalists that would address these questions to the relevant ministers. I think Sharri might or Piers, perhaps. Perhaps we all should borrow the questions and ask our local members.

How many bridges do you have for sale James??? Maybe Wong should be forced to walk the plank and made to swim from the river to the sea!!!

So much truth, James, too much. Our politicians should indeed be thumping tables, demanding release of the hostages. Children. Babies. Women

being horrifically brutalised. If we have a spare $21m to give away, MAKE IT CONDITIONAL on the release of ALL hostages, dead and alive. I am disgusted with this government.

Jesus said, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me. And you will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

Perhaps Albo and Wong are secret Hamas 'moles' enthroned in Canberra along with quite a few pro-Hamas vipers. That perfidious lot there on Capital Hill has in so many ways stolen our country from us!

you're not far from wrong, id say we have ben sold out, especially the way we are being warned to stay silent on Taiwan and with Xi expected to visit soon. If China don't already own and control us behind the scenes I'd be very surprised, but also very relieved.

I am more prepared to bet that the "embedded moles"in Canberra are embedded by the chinks. And too many state premiers go snivelling to the chinks and then" retire"when they get home. (got their orders?)

Beautifully and succinctly put James - I’ve never in my life felt utterly ashamed to be called an Australian until now. However, together we will fight back against this dangerous behaviour on the part of our ridiculous, racist and incompetent government.

This, our, government has lost its moral compass if indeed it ever had one. Further, they are treating us, the citizens of Australia, the electorate as fools. They do one thing, then say another. Do they really have such contempt for us? Their behaviour is disgraceful, making a mockery of our wonderful country. I’m truly embarrassed to be Australian whereas until now I proudly believed we were the best nation around. 😡🤦‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

And it was the so-called 'oppressing colonisers' who made this arid continent into the best country to live in. These God-forsaken Greens and Labour parties are hell-bent to wreck everything we have achieved over so many years.

The japs intelligence reports on the suitability of the Aborigines to ally with them when they invade was that they were "not fit to be slaves ". I wish someone would tell these ingrates that without the "white colonisers "to save this country the japs would have done away with the LOT of us .

Exactly. In every country the Japanese conquered, they slaughtered the native populations on a massive scale. In their pre-WW2 war against China they savaged the population with wanton murder. The fall of Nanking, 1937, was the worst massacre of Chinese troops and civilians known as the "Sack of Nanking". In Manila they even killed everyone in the hospitals, bayonetted patients in their beds, shot doctors and nurses! They would have done the same in Australia if it wasn't for the "white Colonisers" saving this country from such a terrible fate.

T o get a real picture on how those people behave in warfare you only have to read Sister Vivian Bullwinkles book 'The White Coolies"( the author was an Australian Army Nursing Service Sister who was taken pow in 1942) I got stories of similar behavior from my wifes aunt whose husband was a medical crewman on the Australian Hospital ship "Centaur " torpedoed and sunk off Morton Island in 1943. only a handful of survivors.

I know Vivian Bullwinkles's story. If, or even when the Chinese army, perhaps allied with North Korea, overruns Australia, woe to everyone, including our Aboriginal (incl. the white-skinned quasi-Abos) population. A friend of mine and his wife had visited China some years ago. They told me about the very unfriendly behaviour towards them by even the ordinary Chinese people once they were known to be Australians. It seems there is a state-organised campaign to demonise Australia and our citizens. An omen???

Why do you think the govt (s) want to dis-arm the civilian population? They will cite public safety(?)as a reason but in the war ,when our diggers were elsewhere , and the japs were bashing at our door the labor govt confiscated all civilian owned firearms(farmers were allowed a single shot .22 and and a single barrel shot gun ). the rest were taken off them. Was this to prevent the civilians population from "taking the Kings enemies without permission " ? or saving their own arse from an angry population who they had betrayed. Whatever ,nothing on the left has changed in their treachery.

Amen James,

2 comments, Wrong, oops Wong, does not represent Australia, she only represents 30% of the electorate.

How much impact would the $21.5 million, given to the gazans, have on the dearth of social housing in Australia( just wondering).

James, how do I/we get these vital questions into the Adelaide Advertiser and indeed every major newspaper in the country. I know there are multitudes of people who would like some answers. Sending an email to albo only results in a return pro forum - “we have received … blah, blah, blah”. I watched the interview with Piers Morgan last night - absolutely heartbreaking to hear Mr Hand’s range of emotions when he believed his daughter to be dead only to have her returned alive. I too feel like David inside a glass bottle. Waiting impatiently for the next election - if the Lord tarries - I have a crick in my neck from looking up!!🤪. Always Israel🇮🇱🇮🇱

My blood is boiling!!! The person Wong, is not representing the majority of the Australian people. Can't we see she is Chinese???? She is commie through and through. However, if she keeps going she might be tossed off a tall building by her Palestian friends when they find out her bent! Thing is, she wouldn't show her face in the area os the massacres nor the Gaza strip, they would throw her off a tall building if there were any left!! Sorry, I am angry. She throws away Australian taxpayers money like confetti supporting a terrorist group!!!! Stupid woman! Wong is so Wrong, she speaks with forked tongue

I don't think Wong's problem is that she was born in Malaysia or that her father was Malaysian Chinese. Thank God for our wonderful Malaysian / Chinese citizens.

I think Wong's problem is that she is from the ideological Left of the Australian Labor Party!!

James in the late 80s when I lived in Sydney for 4 years (between flying career and farming career in the bush )we rented a house in western Sydney . Nice enough area and I had for a neighbor and his wife of Chinese origin . He was a cabinet maker and she was a secretary. Both were 5th generations in Australia and both spoke with broad Aussie accents, good types of people ,then one day I was invited in for a drink and inside was like walking into a Chinese resturant with bright red dragons all over the walls ,Chinese writing everywhere which set me thinking. A few days later we were gossiping over the fence about something and I asked him" if push came to shove between Australia and China where would you stand "? his answer was direct and unmistakably "with China of course" my reply was but you said that you are 5th generation Aussie" No I am Chinese I just happen to live in Australia"! So there you have it ,if a chink told me the bloody time I would have to check my watch so if that creature Wong says a word I wold not believe it for a second.

Why do I feel like I'm inside a large glass bottle banging and shouting for someone to do something? I see what the problem is, I know others also see where we as a Nation are headed, but no-one in power is either listening or has blinkers not allowing them to use their peripheral sight!!

I do not support this Government and its un-mandated Foreign policy towards Israel!

I do not want to be seen as cursing Israel, for I know what that will bring! How can we get Albanese and his shameful left leaning team of Hamas hugging traitors out of office? Who can pull the stopper out of my bottle and let me loose at this disaster called government? I'm surprised that the Australian flag is still flying over Parliament..........or is it!!!!!!
