Time, we as citizens, did the same against the evil powers infesting our halls of government.
We can't have Christian ideas but must worship mother earth and teach Aboriginal smoking ceremonies to placate evil spirits and rainbow serpents ( Satan in the garden was also a serpent/ snake). Spirit whales way out at sea talking to people and telling them what to do.
There is NO consistency between what they want to remove and what they want to promote. Leave the reality of a creator behind to worship the created nature.
Hallowed be your name means make Your Name known across the world- how revolutionary for us or parliamentarians to pray. But of course it is right and good to pray this model of prayer where laws are made.

It would appear the Greens, Teals and Labor prefer animism to the One true God. At least wit animism, they don’t have to account for their lives to a higher authority. What you wrote, reminds me of your sermons on The Hard Sayings of Jesus. That series you did ages ago, I have never forgotten and believe e, I have heard many sermons over my years as a Christian. The most impactful was the one I heard when I got saved, but what you said is next. Just as this summation today. God bless you
Whenever they recite the Lord's Prayer, they don't mean a word they say. They have reduced it to a mumbling mantra.
