I also did some umpiring and refereeing and it is not easy, you do make mistakes just like the players do, but it is only a game, enjoy it and get over the errors. The stumping was not an error is was Bairstow's stupidity. He knows that the ball is still live until the keeper throws the ball to another player. After all he does try to keep wicket, but very poorly. Why step out of your crease while a stumping is still available?
