Too true. I even despair at some of favourites crime fiction writers. I cannot read Ann Cleeves new series because it is so woke! But thankfully mostly in the world of fiction British place are still instigating and pushing boundaries.
And it would be laughable if it wasn’t so deadly serious. As shameful abrogation of responsibility and abandonment of one’s duty of care as you could ever hope to find.
