I’m not sure you would have been better off seeing Oppenheimer.

I haven’t seen it myself but I’m told it has a whole 15 minutes sex scene in it!

The Barbie movie is a bunch of FUN - & I think that is why it is so popular - why would any critic take it seriously is beyone me!

The Left have been making movies to push their agenda ever since movies were made.

So that is why I would never pay to watch any of them especially when I know they promote Feminism and Transgender lifestyles.

As movies are really a form of idolatry (making a likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth) I don't expect we will see one that promotes a biblical point of view.

This is part of our indoctrination MK Ultra mind control to make us corrupt.

Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.” (1 Cor 15: 33)

Love your closing comments James, such a classic. I was reading some of your posts - they are all so good it is hard to pick - to a male relative and we were laughing so much I could hardly read. Thanks for your satirical humour in this crazy world 😄

That’s hilarious, James- Barbieheimer!! We chose Mission impossible and Indie instead. Pure escapism and fun!!

Elemental, the kids movie was the same as the Barbie movie you describe- could not not work out who it was aimed at. My grandkids were too busy playing on the playground in the theatre to watch it closely. Get this though- they provided play equipment and then asked the kids to be quiet!!! I just laughed at the staff member!!

Yeah it's definitely not a kids movie. Not because it's inappropriate. The dialogue just isn't aimed at them.

It’s just so tiresome that the movie makers think that instead of entertaining and escape, movies are political or teaching tools. The thing is we all learn when we are being entertained, wowed or made to laugh unconsciously. The Mission Impossible movie was interesting because amid the action AI and trans humanism was unconsciously being explored.

BTW the male film reviewer in The Weekend Australian gave the movie 4.5 stars (out of 5) Wow! who would have thought! He titled it ‘wonderful and completely bananas’

‘Barbieheimer’ and ‘BarbieKong’

Genius.

You just know someone’s pitching those films to a producer somewhere as we speak.

I’m pleased that you have taken one for the team James. That saves me.

I doubt that I would like the movie but then it’s not aimed at grumpy old blokes and surely it is just as believable as the never ending line of superheroes violently saving the world from aliens or zombies.

Movies aren’t what they used to be.

for the next instalment of "Please explain" perhaps Miss Senator Hanson could take her class to the Barbie Movie. I am sure Adam Bandt and crew would love to write a movie review on this movie as a school assignment!
