The mainstream media is more interested in pushing an agenda than giving you balance and truth. How it continues despite Leveson to act with impunity. Is the media held to account for what they report? Has Piers Morgan or Jeremy Vine been held to account? No. It's a story about how the law is being manipulated and exploited by the far-left and Islamists to destroy the lives of anyone who speaks out against the accepted so-called progressive, so-called liberal narrative, or about the poisonous influence of Islam Sharia Law in our society. Is the law fit for purpose? No, and it's a story about our government and judiciary's disdain for free speech, and the truth, and the lengths that they will go to silence dissent, especially with its new and increasing powers. Is our government being held accountable for its actions? No. Is the judiciary independent of political influence? You've seen all the evidence, you decide. Whether you agree with my politics is irrelevant. When dissent is crushed free speech dies, and governments move step closer to tyranny. I won't apologize for reporting what I was told, for what I believe to be true, for standing up for Bailey the young lad unjustly vilified. But pretty much everyone, but in silencing dissent. Are the media and our government any different to the governments they criticize so much, China, Russia, Iran, immigration, covid, brexit. If it doesn't fit the narrative, you will not hear the alternative view, and where else have we seen this. Where else has the media, politicians, police and social services hidden the truth for decades, fearful of being called racist, grooming gangs that's where, a coverup of such horrific cost to thousands of young girls in towns and cities across our country, and nowhere worse than under the stewardship of councilor Shabir PANDOR Kirklee's council. You see, hiding the truth doesn't protect community cohesion, it does the total opposite. It undermines trust in public institutions, it stokes resentment and conflict in our communities. Tragically, those who lead us don't seem to have the moral clarity or courage to speak the truth. They cause the division that they're trying to prevent. People ask me, was it worth it. Yes, it was worth it. The truth is always worth defending, I'm still here. If you are born in the United Kingdom, you've already won the lottery of life. An inheritance from our parents and grandparents of freedom, equality under English law and democracy. If we allow ourselves to be silenced, that inheritance is rendered worthless. What legacy will we leave for the children and grandchildren who come after us. None of us can afford to let free speech die. We cannot and we will not be silenced. - Tommy Robinson.

"First we overlook evil, Then we permit evil. Then we legalize evil. Then we promote evil. Then we celebrate evil. Then we persecute those who still call it evil." — Fr. Dwight Longenecker.

If I had the power,I would force (maybe at gunpoint) every politician in this country to watch the horror movies of the atrocities committed against the hostages. Perhaps even twice.

Why should they pretend it’s all peachy!

Words have failed me after reading your report James ,I just do not know how to put my anger in writing , When are we going to have a good strong government?

Alan ,when you VOTE .

Do you remember the election when John Howard lost his seat as the Prime Minister? I've been praying that that would happen again at the next election - no more talk of 'minority government' with the greens/ teals, but for the PM and the FM to both lose their seats. They so deserve it!! After all, a precedent has been set!!

The death of Pres. Carter reminded me of the Iran Hostage Crisis and I read a bit about it.The warnings of extreme jihad culture and activities were just like today. Interesting though, the UN condemned the hostage-taking and most governments rallied around for their release. How our values have been corrupted and our standards diminished in fifty years of insidious Long March leftie indoctrination and just two decades of smart phone 'truths'.

Regards Carter . A South African mate of mine was in sight of Luanda in Angola ,watching the Cubans running like headless chooks from the South African army when Carter reneged on a prior agreement to South Africas fuel supply . The SADF had clearly put the communists to flight ---much against US thinking-- and so without the fuel the South Africans had to withdraw . Then away went South West Africa to communist control as well and then the eventual destruction of South Africa... I had to laugh yesterday when some gormless commentator said that Carter had "destroyed "apartheid and restored the country to peace and harmonious tranquility .(tell that to the between four to six hundred thousand ,white Christian South Africans languishing in squatter camps having been shot out and kicked out of their homes by this harmonious government ) He wont be mourned by white South Africans .

Thank you James for keeping this subject in the light. I am reminded of Proverbs 31:8,8

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves;

ensure justice for those being crushed.

Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless,

and see that they get justice."

So agree with every word . The liberal party candidate for Wentworth, Roanne Knox went to Israel … unlike Penny she made the trek to the sites of that hell and is trying to show the world what happened. Thank you .

Thank you for you for publicly asking this question. It is a sound question well-worth asking. However, I receive it as a purely rhetorical question because time has amply indicated that our government has no intention of telling terrorists enough is enough. They have no intention because they are morally bankrupt.

Three far more pertinent questions might be:

1) Will the Australian people actually kick this government out because they are morally bankrupt?

OR

2) Are the Australian people so morally compromised that they will hedge their bets and fail to express a decisive moral voice at the next election?

OR

3) Will the Opposition actually provide the people with credible moral leadership to rally behind?

Personally I am unsure. We have become a land of self-centred lotus eaters in which foreign affairs rates lowly on the political consciousness of both the tattooed lumpen-proletariat and the fatted-demi-bourgeoisie.

I'm not a betting man John, but this new year approaching, might see people really thinking about their future under the continuing abysmal Albanese "I'm for the people of Austrarlia" government.

Bowen's wrecking Ball attitude towards Energy is crumbling, as people open up and criticise his 'renewables are the cheapest' energy and the push for EV's are another conflagration on the horizon.

Apart from the annual 'climate changes' occurring each year, we might have to face more disruptions to social community values before the silent majority wakes from the lake of despair and demands the government, in whatever form is elected, does the "Will of the People" for once in its life!

God bless you mate, and Happy new Year. May you Thrive in '25!

James, the absolute disgust and anger I’m feeling towards Wong, Albanese, and the WHOLE UN franchise, is hard to describe. However my one and enduring hope is that one day there will be a reckoning and they will have to give an answer to Almighty God.

There is no doubt in my mind that we will all stand before our maker in the future and we will all receive our recompense. Obviously there is no thought/belief of this in the current Labor government with their response to anything these days. They don’t even have a moral code IMO.

On our recent holiday I struck up a conversation with an Australian couple in their 60s. They'd raised 6 children, some of them doctors, some buisness ppl. As we lamented the Australian economy together, because there had been a dip in the share market, I said it would surge if Albo was gone. He replied that he'd rather see Wong gone. I said I'm Jewish and I'd like her gone as much as you. He was so happy to meet us. He was such a staunch supporter of Israel and so disgusted at Wong's betrayal of our great ally. He was exceptionally informed and a real history buff. He said the only thing Palestinians have given the world is suicide bombers and terrorism. They don't deserve a state now or ever, anyway he went on they are Jordanian. The indigenous ppl are The Jews. He then told us his theory of why antisematism exists. He was so fervant that he'd made his own white and blue elastic arm bands with a Star of David on them. He went and got 2 from his cabin and we had a photo together wearing them and we exchanged details. What a wonderful encounter. To me he represents the real Australia, the core and soul of our nation. Wong is but a flicker of dust, that can't change courageous men and people like this. So grateful to God for people like him and for the meeting.

I remember seeing an interview between Donald Trump and the Taliband leader before the US withdrawal from Afghanistan when Trump told the Taliband boss that he was responsible for the safety of US personel during the withdrawal and that any single US serviceman was injure ---HE -- Donald Trump would kill him . And then showed the Taliban bloke a photo of the blokes house . While Donald Trump was still President no one was hurt .When Biden took over gloves were of for the Taliband and (I think 13 troops were killed and hundreds of US citizens left behind .Well done Sleepy ,now that Donald Trump is about to take over again--watch this space because I am prepared to bet that the shit is going to hit the fan in a big way for these animals (sorry to disfame animals with this description )

How can we, as a country, survive till next May under this leadership?

Sickened by their “hate” for God’s chosen people, and the abhorrent treatment the hostages receive.

May God bless Israel. Amen.

How can we be surprised at the behaviour of Islamists? We should know that what they are doing in Gaza and now in Syria and everywhere else these radical fanaticists execute their religion is consistent: hate on Islamists that don't subscribe to their version of Islam; exterminate the Jews and eliminate the state is Israel; kill Christians; and subjugate everyone else... In that order. Goodness, they even broadcast it on their flag, unabashedly stirring up violent adherence in the streets of the West.

The problem is, I believe, that the likes of Wong and Airbus Albo in Absentia is that they are clueless regarding the Qur'an and the cultic drive of the equally clueless Moslem who follow it to the letter... Despite it being a total fabrication by Mohammed.

Until our leaders take seriously what the cult of Islam is actually all about, and realise immigrants subscribing to this cult can NEVER integrate into western society, and lay as sleeper cells until called into action by their Imams, we are doomed.

I suspect that here in Australia, we have likely passed the point of survival already. We are going to have to face the fact that we will have serious civil strife in our cities and neighbourhoods and our streets on a terrible scale... Very very soon!

It is enraging and heart breaking. But man has ever stood by while others did unspeakable and violent acts. I remember as young person in hotel in Launceston in Tasmania enjoying night out with friends and we met some Swedish sailors who were very nice young men. The local yobs were very put out because we were talking to the Swedish guys and began beating them up. No-one except us girls tried to intervene. it was an eye opener. So lazy thoughtless NYPD policeman is no surprise. As for the rest - I hope they are haunted by the death of that woman.

The situation with hostages is appalling and so heartbreaking. We must just keep praying.

It is a sad fact that the way the law(s) stand in Australia intervention is just as likely to get the good samaritan into trouble as much as the thug .Case in fact only yesterday in Dubbo a girl chased two kids (in her car) who stole her motorbike and one of them was badly hurt . He is in hospital his mate shot through and this girl has been hit with raft of charges .
