Today the Whole World Woke Up Wondering ... 'Who Is Actually Running America?'

Biden spent 90 minutes looking stunned and confused, with his mouth agape

The left leaning media should be ashamed of themselves for the nearly four-year trick they played on the American people - pretending Biden was sharp and lucid and strong.

Yesterday was not a debate. It was 90 minutes of a cognitively inert Joe Biden performing a balancing routine on the edge of consciousness.

For half the country, it was confirmation of what they already knew.

For the other half, it was a painful confrontation with reality, and the awful revelation that they have been played for dupes.

Joe Biden spent much of the time looking stunned and confused, with his mouth agape.

He slurred his words.

His sentences were all mixed up.

He regularly closed his eyes as his brain went into a deep freeze.

There were lots of blank stares as he tried desperately to remember the talking points he had rehearsed for more than a week.

That was with notes.

That was with a week's worth of prep.

That was with a media and administration who, for four years, had told America how brilliant the man was.

“Number one …” he would say.

“Number two …” he would mumble.

Verbal prompts to help jog the memory of a grandpa who often forgets that he is president. And yet not even that was enough to help him find his way.

Some of the things he said were bizarre.

“We beat medicare.”

Huh?

“Sisters raping their sisters”

Wait. What? Did they mix Biden’s drugs wrong?

More often than not, Biden’s words just sort of trailed off into the ether.

At one point Trump said …

“I have no idea what he just said, and I don’t think he knows what he said either”

Everyone around the world would have nodded in agreement.

We were watching a near comatose leader of the free world.

Xi Jinping is today wondering whether he should make the most of the window between now and the November election to create havoc.

Vladimir Putin must be thinking the same.

The Ayatollah knows his opportunity is now.

The rest of the world is today wondering who is actually America.

Is anyone?

Is it Obama?

Everyone knows it is not the pot plant we watched attempting to debate Donald Trump.

Biden would be living in a nursing home if he were not living in the White House.

The only time Biden appeared lucid was when he was angry.

He labelled Trump a “sucker and a loser”. '

He said Trump had “the morals of an ally cat”.

He said Trump “had sex with a porn star”.

And when not of that seemed to get under Trump’s skin, Biden boasted that he could beat Trump in a game of golf.

Trump told him …

“Don’t be childish.”

To which Biden replied …

“You’re the child!”

I would have laughed if the whole thing wasn’t so dangerous. Kim Jong-un was laughing.

It was a disaster.

An unmitigated disaster.

And the Democrats knew it instantly.

One Democrat inside told CNN after the debate:

“We are so f__ked”

It’s the first time in a long time I’ve heard someone speak truth on CNN.
