Taylor Swift is Time Magazine’s Person of the Year!

If Time Magazine was influential enough to decide the world’s most influential person then I guess the decision would influence my thinking.

But alas, I’ve not changed my mind. The culture is infantile. So naturally, Time’s Person of the Year is a pop star known for songs about boys she’s broken up with.

A very successful pop star, to be sure. But the most influential person of the year?

Maybe I’m being too harsh. She must be the only person who has been able to accumulate a billion dollars crying and bitching about exes.
