If you missed last night’s panel featuring Alexandra Marshall and I on The World According to Rowan Dean, here’s a portion of it for your enjoyment.
Thanks again to everyone who has contacted Sky News via the feedback form to say how much they are enjoying the show and to thank Sky for having me as a regular guest. It’s making a huge difference.
If you haven’t yet contacted Sky, it would mean a great deal to me if you did. Rowan Dean is one of the great advocates for common sense and it would be awesome Sky continued his show long term. It’ll take you two minutes or less. The feedback link is here.
The team at Sky are great to work with. All the people behind the scenes are great to work with. They really look after you. Last night the make up ladies even made me a cup of tea! :)
I also had the pleasure of meeting Daily Telegraph columnist Tim Blair. (I’ve been interviewed by him on The Six O’Clock Swill podcast, but we’d never previously met in person)
He was on Rowan’s show a bit after our segment so we got to chat before he went on air.
Anyway, if you read Tim Blair’s blog or articles, he’s hilariously funny. He’s also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
You know who else is a nice guy? Paul Murray. Good bloke.
On last night’s show we ran out of time to discuss an article in the Daily Mail about a plan to turn wind turbines into gummy bears. (I’m not joking. It’s a thing)
It’s a pity we didn’t get to talk about it. I was going to say that you should never eat them because they’ll give you wind.
I’ll show myself out.
Just love your work James, common-sense and great humour make a fantastic combination.....thanks for the heads up on gummy bears...there's already enough wind in this household 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I So enjoy reading your clever, common sense writing with a hilarious twist. Wonderful to see you on Rowan’s Show, now that you are famous will you be at CPAC this year? You should be 😃
