In the least surprising news this year, it has been revealed that former Labor Premiers Dan Andrews and Bob Carr will attend a military parade in Beijing next week.
They will be Xi Jinping’s guests of honour alongside Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-Un.
Naturally, this is deeply embarrassing. For Putin and Kim. But I digress.
Satan declined an invitation. It turns out even he has standards.
Which is a shame since he would have brought some much needed balance to the event …
