Sadly, I’m no longer surprised about the things America celebrates. Remember when the US Supreme Court decided gay marriage was a constitutional right? President Obama had the Whitehouse lit up in rainbow colours.
ACTRESS Bryce Dallas Howard has screamed “sexism” because she was paid less than her male co-star Chris Pratt for work on the Jurassic World films.
This is, naturally, evidence of the gender pay gap. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Chris Pratt is the bigger star. Nothing at all. Seriously.
“Have you seen the latest Bryce Dallas Howard movie?” said no-one, ever.

This sounds to me less like a sexism problem, and more like an agent problem!

“This really is now a pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

“The virus hunts down the unvaccinated.”
Queensland Deputy Premier Steven Miles said:
“This is becoming a pandemic of the unvaccinated.”
Australian Medical Association Queensland President Dr Chris Perry said:
“They’re crazy not to get vaccinated. Life will be miserable without getting vaccinated.”
In December 2021 Twitter announced that it would:
“Ban users that repeatedly claim that vaccinated people can spread Covid.”
Journalist Chris Smith described people protesting vaccine mandates as:
“Tin foil hat, flat earth brigade” who were doing “endless destruction.”
UK TV doctor Sarah Kayat told viewers:
“After 12 days from the first AstraZeneca vaccination, you are 100% effective against hospitalisation and death.”
Victoria Chief Medical Officer Brett Sutton said:
“Getting that third dose is protection against severe illness, but also protection against infection in the first place.”

“The first thing about protests is this is not just about being anti mandated vaccination. They are anti everything. They are anti lockdown, they are anti shutdown on international travel, they are anti masks, they are anti social distancing. Did you get all of that?
If you’re unvaccinated, you’re irrational.

If you’re unvaccinated, the Covid is going to hunt you down.
It’s a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
But wait. Here’s what Brett Sutton said on Monday …
“Despite two, three, four doses of the vaccine, it’s not so good at preventing infection in the first place. So, we are getting infected. That’s why we’ve had tens of thousands of cases in this wave.”

And the Centre for Disease Control in the United States this month said there is no reason to differentiate between vaccinated and unvaccinated people.
Idiots. Absolutely idiots. The lot of them.
They destroyed people’s lives, they destroyed people’s families, they destroyed people’s businesses.
idiots. Bloody idiots. All of them.
WHILE we’re talking about the massive over-reaction to Covid, check out this article from the UK’s Daily Telegraph yesterday …
The UK is now experiencing around 1000 extra deaths every week. These are not Covid deaths, they are lockdown deaths; people dying from diseases that could have and would have been treated had they not been locked in their homes by government.
And look at the other headline …
“Funerals delayed by staff cuts and surge in deaths.”
There is, of course, another factor at play that no-one wants to talk about. Could the vaccine itself be linked to these excess deaths?
There is no question that vaccine injuries are a real thing. The question no-one has yet answered - most people don’t want to even ask it - is what is the extent of vaccine injuries, and what has the cost/benefit of the vaccine been?
If we discover that vaccine manufactures knew their product was more likely to cause injury or death than Covid, and for that reason, fought to keep their trial data secret for 75 years, that would be the biggest story since …
VICTORIA’S chief health officer Brett Sutton released an apology video of sorts this week which, bearing in mind the excess death revelations in the UK, is interesting. In the video Mr Sutton says …
“Of course there have been huge challenges, mistakes, my mistakes, system mistakes in Victoria, Australia, and around the world.
“Not everything goes to plan. It’s a matter of deep regret for me, the decisions I have made that haven’t gone to plan. And some shame for me personally, but also for other clinicians, public health clinicians, and those in other statutory positions around the world.
“Our hearts have been in the right places. We have wanted the best heath and wellbeing costumes across the board, but it’s been a hugely challenging space to work in.
“Between the hundred decisions a day, and the 16-hour days, and the 7 day working weeks, there were always going to be things that didn’t go well.
“But I do hep that is recognised that we‘ve all wanted the very best outcomes here and around the world. But it’s important to get those lessons form the pandemic. It’s important to deeply reflect on what it’s taught us and to be better and wiser for it.”
We locked you in your homes. We banned you from getting married. We prevented you from attending funerals. We separated families. We shot you with rubber bullets. We forced you out of your jobs. We destroyed your businesses. We coerced you into having a medical procedure that many of you did not want, injuring and killing some of you. But I do hope you recognise our hearts were in the right places.
Is something coming?
As for learnings .. not quarantining perfectly healthy people is not a ‘learning’, it’s conventional wisdom. Not forcing the entire population to be injected with an experimental drug is not a ‘learning’, it’s common sense.
If ever anyone has the courage to launch a royal commission into the actions of public health officials and politicians during the lockdowns, certain people will end up in jail, regardless of where their hearts might may have been.
MORE than 1000 families are launching a class action against the UK’s leading gender clinic for alleged harm to their children. But you wouldn’t know it if you get your news from the ABC.
The UK’s Tavistock clinic was closed down earlier this year after a report found that the unquestioning gender-affirming approach to treating children with gender dysphoria was potentially harmful.
Curiously, the ABC in Australia has not mentioned the story at all. This is particularly odd bearing in mind the ABC’s obsession with all things LBGTQ.
If it were only one or two ABC programs that had failed to mention the Tavistock controversy one might forgive the oversight. But when there is zero mention of it across the entire ABC, it looks very much like an editorial decision.
The ABC is a news service that decides not to cover the news when it’s news they don’t like.
A senior producer from Radio National, responding to criticism of the zero coverage, said:
“I don’t see why (we have) failed by not covering the news that a London clinic treating young people with gender dysphoria has closed down. I’d rather hear about what’s happening here, rather than a clinic on the other side of the world!”
Well let me suggest two reasons the story might be relevant to Australians.
First, Australian gender clinics prescribe the same puberty blockers which UK authorities now say are, at best, untested and possibly harmful.
Second, Australian gender clinics practice the same non-questioning, gender-affirming approach as the UK, an approach that is now being questioned.
And third, 1000 families are alleging their children have been harmed by puberty blockers and the clinic’s gender affirming approach. It’s highly likely similar court cases will happen here in Australia.
However the ABC’s executive producer said:
“I fail to see the newsworthiness for an Australian audience for this story.”
Really?
A a few months ago the ABC ran a story headlined: “What Russia’s invasion means for LGBTQI people in Ukraine.”
Just a few weeks ago the ABC ran a story headlined: “LGBTQ Ukrainian soldiers take to wearing unicorn patch on uniforms.”
So these gays in Ukraine stories were newsworthy for an Australian audience but the Tavistock stories were not?
This is not a question of news judgement. It’s a question of ideological bent.
Shame on the national broadcaster for behaving as activists rather than as reporters, and for censoring the news in order to safeguard their preferred narrative, caring little their obligation to inform Australians and much less for the cost to children and families.

Sam Harris is a darling of the progressive left. An intellectual, allegedly.
Here he argues that Leftists were right to hide and to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story in order to ensure Donald Trump lost the election.
But he goes further than that. He says that no matter how corrupt Joe Biden might be, it would be more ethical to hide that corruption than to allow the American people to elect Donald Trump.
In other words, Harris argues that occasionally the Left must subvert democracy to save democracy.
He says shutting down the New York Post Twitter account to prevent them getting the Hunter Biden laptop story out before the election was “a left wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump, absolutely it was… but I think it was warranted”.
He says that Trump was an asteroid hurtling toward earth and so it was perfectly justified for big tech, big business and the deep state to lie to the American people to stop him.
He says “Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement - I would not have cared.”
These leftwing radicals are delusional and dangerous.
In the first 60 seconds Sam Harris undoes his entire career and philosophical stance against religion and dogma by demonstrating unapologetic religious conviction and dogma ie "it's OK when we do it because it's morally superior".
THE US Open is likely to begin on August 29 without unvaccinated Novak Djokovic.
Unvaccinated people are not allowed into the United States. This is despite the fact that within the US the vaccinated and unvaccinated are now subject to the same rules and guidelines.
Moreover, we all know now that vaccination does not prevent you contracting or spreading Covid.
So discriminating against unvaccinated people at the border has no basis in science or in health. It is entirely performative and political.
There is, of course, a way Novak could get into the US to play the open. He could just walk into the US, vaxxed or not, from Mexico!
