Government cannot release medical advice because it does not exist

The Queensland Labor Government has said it will not release the health advice underpinning harsh restrictions imposed during the pandemic because it does not exist.

This news will come as a massive shock to exactly nobody.

Nobody seriously believed that standing, rather than sitting, while drinking a beer at the pub keep you safe from Covid.

Just as nobody seriously believed that being jabbed every six months in order to be allowed to go to the shops was a sensible idea.

So many times during the pandemic we would shake our heads at the restrictions being announced and think to ourselves “you couldn’t make this stuff up”.

Now we find out that they really were making all that stuff up.
