Biden takes 14-minutes to re-write history, as if people were incapable of remembering anything from 24 hours ago

Joe Biden has finally spoken - and with a forked tongue.

He emerged from hiding today to tell the American people he was acting to “save democracy”.

I think he meant to say he was acting to save the Democrats.

Apple Sauce for Brains implored the people …

“Let’s act together and preserve our democracy.”

Which I suppose explains why the Democrats acted in secret to subvert democracy.

Nothing says ‘I’m saving democracy’ like avoiding a democratic process for selecting the next presidential candidate.

Don’t you know? Sometimes you gotta deny democracy to save democracy!

It should be pretty obvious by now that the Democrats define a ‘threat to democracy’ as ‘a vote for anyone but us’.

And, of course, the great irony in all of this is that Biden, the presumptive Democrat nominee, is himself now the latest victim of the Democrats bid to ‘save democracy’.

Biden said he was keen to "pass the torch to a new generation".

There is a time in a place for long years of experience in public life but there is also a time in a place for new, fresh voices, yes, younger voices. That time and place is now.

How interesting “that time is now” and not months ago - you know, like before millions of people had cast their votes in the Democratic primaries.

Instead, he waited until just 100 days before the election to suddenly declare he must save democracy by foisting upon the nation a 59-year-old young person who had not garnered even a single vote.

Everyone knows Biden - who less than a month ago declared that only “God Almighty” could dissuade him from running for re-election - did this only because he was facing certain defeat.

He, however, claims it was because he is basically the reincarnation of George Washington.

Joe Biden is so selfless and patriotic for dropping out of the race for no specific reason with still six months to go in the greatest presidential term of modern history!

Please!

He basically told America …

‘I'm absolutely incredible and could serve a second term easily, but I'm dropping out to unite my party and to save democracy’

I’m dying!

“The great thing about America is here, kings and dictators do not rule. The people do!”

Sooooo … that’s why the people were excluded from the process of appointing the Democratic nominee?

By the way, this talk about passing the torch (more like poisoned chalice) to a younger generation … it was NEVER about age. It was only ever about mental deficiency.

Speaking of protecting democracy, it’s unlikely that Biden has been running the United States for a number of years.

I have it on good authority that, as far back as 2021, Nancy Pelosi was having to step in to outline policy to Democrat senators because Joe Biden was utterly unable to explain it.

There are reports that Joe Biden has not addressed Democratic lawmakers in caucus for more than two years.

Joe Biden’s speech was an insult the intelligence of Americans. It was a 14-minute re-write of history, as if people were incapable of remembering anything from even 24 hours ago.

And, typically, he finished by urging Americans to act together to save democracy … the very sentiment that created an atmosphere in which a 20-year-old felt compelled to take a shot at Biden’s rival.

I suspect we won’t see Joe Biden in public many more times. And I suspect he will be missed even less.
