Gender Nazis Threaten Podcasters With Prison for Misgendering a Trans Woman

A German court has ordered two podcasters to delete an episode in which they referred to a transgendered woman as male.

The podcast hosts were threatened with six months jail and/or a fine of $400,000 if they failed to comply. They will be jailed for two years if they repeat the offence.

So, to be clear, German authorities now compel people - on threat of imprisonment and financial ruin - to lie about reality.

The podcasters were discussing the case of Laura Holstein, formerly known as Nicolas.

Holstein, a balding male who now identifies as a “woman,” has demanded access to a women-only gym.

There are reportedly 14 gyms in Erlangen where men and women can train together. But Nick wants what Nick wants.

He has been helped, of course, by the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency.

Pro tip … wherever you see an anti-discrimination agency you can be almost certain it exists to promote discrimination against reality.

In discussing the case, the podcasters had said that Holstein was …

“A man who feels [he is] in the wrong body.”

and that …

“He still has his dick.” 

The court ruled that the podcasters were violating the Holstein’s “personal rights” by referring to him as male, because he was “legally and socially recognized as a woman.”
