Can a woman have a penis?

Well, in the UK, it depends entirely upon whom you ask.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has said that women cannot have a penis.

Asked whether it was true that 100 per cent of women do not have a penis, Mr Sunak answered: “Yes, of course.”

But the Labor leader Keir Starmer has suggested that as many as one in every 100 women do have a penis.

Sir Ed Davey was not knighted for biology

Meanwhile, the leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Ed Davey, has told journalists “quite clearly” women can have a penis.

Quite clearly Sir Ed was not knighted for his services to biology!

It all makes for an interesting election in 2024.

Do you vote for the party that says women can’t have a penis?

For the party that says 1% of women can have a penis?

Or for the party that says it’s quite clear women can have dangly bits if they want to?

The one thing about which we can be 100 per cent clear is that Britain is no longer great except as a subject of mirth.
