Always Have a Song in Your Mouth

Exodus 15

Exodus 15v1

Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord:

“I will sing to the Lord,
for he is highly exalted.
Both horse and driver
he has hurled into the sea.”

The Israelites had escaped the Egyptian army, crossing the Red Sea on dry ground it swallowed their enemies whole.

And having won a great victory, the Israelites burst into song!
