Mystified police insist attacker's motive may never be known

A man who ran through Paris stabbing three women - including one who was pregnant - told the crowd who subdued him “it is Allah who commanded me”.

Police should release the man, and hunt down this ‘Allah’ guy.

Of course, the French Interior Minister has since told journalists that the suspect made a series of “incoherent statements”.

And police are now saying the motive of the attacker is a complete mystery.

Seriously. You can’t make this stuff up.

There are verses in the Koran literally commanding Muslims to strike fear into the hearts of the unbelievers.

But it’s considered impolite for non- Muslims to mention these passages of Islamic scripture.

And when they are mentioned, everyone simply assumes that they are not taken seriously.

The French people could always kick out the Muslims and say Allah told them to do it. Just a thought.

Europe’s political class has developed an allergy to obvious conclusions.

If a man screams “Allah Akbar” while attacking strangers …
