Last weekend’s attack on Israel could have been catastrophic.
The Iranians launched 170 explosive-laden drones, 120 ballistic missiles and 30 cruise missiles at the Middle East’s only democratic nation.
The scope of the attack was among the biggest seen in modern warfare.
For comparison, consider this …
Russia’s opening “shock and awe” barrage on the first day of the invasion of Ukraine involved only 20 or so more cruise and ballistic missiles – and that was against a country more than 20 times the size of Israel.
Amazingly, as it turned out, almost all of Iran’s missiles and drones were intercepted.
In fact, most were destroyed before they even reached Israeli airspace.
